Vineyards between tradition and Corsican identity
Recognised as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) since 1976, the Sartène PDO covers the communes of Sartène, Fozzano, Giuncheto, Grossa, Belvédère-Campomoro and Olmeto. The vineyards are made up of small, family-run estates, perpetuating age-old winemaking skills where tradition meets innovation.
The grape varieties that are emblematic of Corsica: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Vermentinu, are expressed here with finesse and authenticity, in full-bodied red wines, fruity, delicate rosés and lively, floral whites.
