A unique opportunity to explore Zero waste, Zero plastic and Zero toxic solutions for living your menstruation differently.
The workshop will be run as a mother-daughter duo, to encourage dialogue, the sharing of experiences and an understanding of the female body.
You'll be accompanied by a professional midwife, who'll be on hand to answer any questions you may have, and you'll be able to handle lots of samples of eco-friendly products.

This workshop is open to children from puberty onwards (or just before).
