Summer Gala of the Centre D'art Polyphonique de Corse
For the second time, the Centre d'Art Polyphonique de Corse is organising a gala evening away from its walls.
The artists will be singing in the courtyard of the Georges Clémenceau school complex!
The programme includes an eclectic mix of workshops held throughout the year at the art centre.
The evening opens with a final performance by the CHAV (Classe à Horaires Aménagés Chant) group vocal training class from Sartè.
Young schoolchildren from the Cité Scolaire, taking classes with Eric Testeguide, will also have the chance to perform on stage.
The Grand Chœur, a polyphonic amateur ensemble, will perform two pieces of contemporary music.
The evening will conclude with a final concert by the Andaghjina di l'Artisti, a unique vocational training course in contemporary singing, directed since its creation in 2022 by Brice Lebert, in a concert of pop-rock covers!
