The Murtoli Pilates Club offers you an immersive and ultra-confidential experience.
From Thursday 16 to Sunday 19 April, treat yourself to a wellness break at our seaside residences (L'Eddera & Casa Murtoli).
You will be surrounded by professionals who will accompany you throughout your stay, as well as a dietician to optimise all the benefits of this cure.
On the programme:
Arrival on the evening of Thursday 16 April or the morning of Friday 17 April
Arrive at Domaine de Murtoli in the afternoon and settle into your room
Dinner in the sheepfold with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)
Friday 17 April & Saturday 18 April
Morning :
Yoga session (1h)
Breakfast in the sheepfold
Hiking: brisk walk on our paths between sea and scrubland (2h)
Lunch in the sheepfold with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)
Afternoon session:
Free time with our therapists (2h), during which you can book treatments: massage, osteopathy, etc.
On request, you can book additional classes (not included in the package): Pilates Reformer, Pilates Fusion, yoga, sports coaching, aromatherapy classes, etc.
Mindfulness meditation (1 hour) & manual activity
Pilates floor session (1 hour)
Dinner in the sheepfold with your private chef (vegetarian, gluten-free cuisine)
Sunday 19th April
Same programme as the day before, with a late departure.
All the equipment needed for the yoga and Pilates sessions will be provided.
Balanced dietary recommendations, drawn up by a dietician, will be sent to you in advance of the weekend to help you prepare as well as possible.
