Entry lights: white on the western breakwater, green light on the far east section of the breakwater. Green light on the north jetty hidden by the rocks of Le Scogliu-Longu, a potential danger to be avoided. Be aware also of the traffic from the commercial port behind the north jetty. SHOM charts: 7162 from Le Capu di Muro to Le Capu di Feno and 6851 for the ports of Ajaccio and Propriano. Opening dates and times: Low season (01/11 to 31/03): Monday to Friday 8.30am-noon and 1.30-5pm; Mid season 1 (01/04 to 30/04 and 01/10 to 31/10): Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.30pm. Mid season 2 (01/05 to 31/05): Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm. High season 1 (01/06 to 30/06 and 01/09 to 30/09): Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm High season 2 (01/07 to 31/08): Monday to Sunday 7.30am-9.30pm. Facilities: Portu Valincu has 330 berths, 40 of which are for passing craft. The port can handle vessels up to 48m in length. Mooring: on a fixed pontoon and along the quay, as well as on a floating concrete pontoon (for boats under 8m) with mooring chains and mooring buoys. Depth: 3.50m (West Basin) and 6.00m (East Basin).
