Holy Week in Corsica is marked by many traditional rites throughout the island, and the Sartenais Valinco Taravo region is no exception. The most popular rite, and undoubtedly the most mystical, is the "CATENACCIU" in Sartène, which has been held every Good Friday for centuries.
