Visite oenologique au Domaine Castellu di Baricci

This Friday, the wine route will take us to Domaine Castellu di Baricci. Departure at 9am from Propriano Tourist Office and return at the end of the morning, return transport by minibus included. Every Friday, the Sartenais-Valinco-Taravo Tourist Office offers a discovery trip to the heart of one of the Sartenais vineyards. Every week, David takes a small group of around twenty people from the Propriano Tourist Office to meet the local winegrowers. On the programme: the history of Corsican wine, the island's grape varieties, know-how, vineyard visits, cellar tastings... To complete the 'locavore' experience, the wine tasting is accompanied by Corsican sausage and Sarten tomme, made by our local producers, Salameria Cianferani and Mallaroni cheese respectively.
