L'Incantu is a family affair, the brainchild of Livia and Edouard Joly. Both trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Ecully and the Institut Vatel in Paris. Passionate about the restaurant business from an early age, they hope to use this place to showcase their world, their taste for festivities, good food and the values of sharing.
