Wonder at the natural site of Roccapina in the commune of Sartène: its famous natural lion shaped by nature, its beach of fine sand, its preserved coastline and its museum “A casa di Roccapina. Come and discover this magical place in the Sartenais Valinco Taravo in southern Corsica.

Day 1

Start gently with a horseback ride along the wild beaches, discovering the unspoilt coastline of Olmeto.

For sunset, 5 minutes from Propriano town centre, join Capu Lauroso beach and marvel at the immensity of the Gulf of Valinco.

Day 2Hiking from Campomoro to Tizzano

From the Genoese tower at Campomoro, hike along a coastal path to Senetosa, where you can spend a well-earned night in the lighthouse converted into a refuge, before setting off again the next day for Tizzano.

Day 3Natural springs or water sports activities

Laze and relax in one of the two natural hot springs of sulphurous water, or try your hand at water sports in Propriano: pedalo, paddle, kayak, sailing, jet skiing, scuba diving….

Day 4Nature activities or thrills

Set off to discover the perched villages overlooking the bay of Propriano on a self-drive tour,on a quad bike or electric bike. For even more excitement, canyoning in the Baracci river.

For the more adventurous, a parachute jump at 4000 metres over the Gulf of Valinco. Thrills guaranteed and a memorable souvenir.

  • Hiking between Campomoro and Tizzano

    🕙 Walking time: 4h to 9h

    Walking boots, a supply of water and protection from the sun. In autumn and spring, take more complete equipment, as the weather, while often fine, can change rapidly.

    Risks of fire: Do not set out on the trails on strong windy days in summer. Check before setting off on the prefecture website!

    This protected site is open to the public: To preserve their natural character and the quality of their landscapes, please respect the regulations. Camping, bivouacking, motor vehicle traffic outside the designated tracks, fires and rubbish dumping are prohibited. Rangers are on hand to ensure that these rules are observed and will be happy to provide you with information.
