The Senetosa area is rich in built heritage, with its lighthouse and Genoese tower, which we love to come back to because we all have the impression that it has always been there. Sheepfolds, Orii, wheat fields, terraces and low dry-stone walls follow one another along the route, on these paths through wild, unspoilt countryside.

🕙 Walking time: 1h30 to 3h depending on the loop chosen

🕙 3h walk

🏴 Departure from the Senetosa lighthouse:

Leave the lighthouse enclosure and turn left towards Tizzano. At the crow’s-foot turn left again towards the Senetosa Tower and follow the path upwards to reach the foot of the tower in 20 minutes. Cross the small ruined sheepfolds and follow the path to a depression (often flooded in winter and spring).

Go around it to the right towards the Conca loop. The path winds its way up to the summit of Mount Lori and over the ridge at Partusi to a magnificent Oriu (rock shelter), before reaching the restored sheepfold at Conca.

Turn right towards Cala di Conca, passing an old cornfield. When you reach the beach, head to the far left to pick up the coastal path heading towards Senetosa.
