Getting your furnished tourist accommodation classified

1. I want to have my holiday let classified as 1 to 5 stars
I contact the Tourist Office by phone or email to arrange a visit and submit my application.

2. I welcome the inspector
An accredited professional will inspect my accommodation in accordance with the current classification criteria.

3. I receive my inspection report
Within a maximum of 30 days, I will receive the inspection report by email, along with the proposed classification decision.

4. I can appeal against the decision
I have 15 days from receipt of the report to appeal, if necessary, against the proposed classification.

5. My classification is official
If no objection is raised, my furnished property is classified for a period of 5 years.

A holiday let is a furnished villa, flat or studio offered for rent for short stays to visitors who do not take up residence there; whether or not it is officially classified, it must be registered with the town hall of the municipality in which it is situated.

Our Rates:

1 furnished property: €225
Additional furnished holiday accommodation: €100 (same location, same owner and same day)
Flat rate for 10 furnished properties = €1,000 (€100 per additional furnished property)
Follow-up inspection: €100 for the first furnished property and €75 per additional furnished property; for more than 10 furnished properties: €500
