Description
As part of a series devoted to the great masters of painting, Alexandre Dominati is offering a lecture dedicated to Vincent Van Gogh, following an initial event devoted to Claude Monet on 6 June.
Through the life, work and artistic context of these major figures of Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, the public is invited to discover the sources of inspiration that shaped their vision and the lasting influence they exerted on the history of art.
A fascinating journey to the heart of light, colour and modern painting.
An airline pilot and painter, Alexandre Dominati has pursued his two passions in parallel.
Trained in art history at the Louvre Museum and a former pupil of a restorer specialising in the Dutch Golden Age, he now devotes himself entirely to painting.
