Description
The Museum of Corsican Archaeology in Sartène is presenting the exhibition ‘Sguardu Mostra’.
This exhibition fosters a dialogue between heritage and contemporary art by inviting several artists to offer their unique perspectives on the museum, its collections and the stories they convey.
Through a variety of artistic sensibilities and forms of expression, ‘Sguardu Mostra’ explores how each individual perceives a work of art, an object or a place of remembrance, and offers visitors a fresh perspective on Corsican archaeological heritage.
The exhibition will open with a preview on Friday 26 June 2026 at 6.00 pm, attended by the artists, featuring talks by Catherine Quiminal on the theme ‘Myths and perspectives: an anthropological perspective’, and by the poet Henri Condé.
Suitable for all ages – Free admission
