Description
As part of the ‘A Festa di a Lingua’ initiative, Jean-Charles Papi, with the support of the Cullettività di Corsica, is organising five concert-lectures.
The five events will take the form of concert-lectures, unfolding as a dreamlike journey punctuated by song.
In the style of Homer, he will endeavour to recount the story of the Mediterranean to the audience by creating a dialogue between the songs and the traditions of the villages along this arc, this mystical and fraternal sea.
An Odyssey carried, then, by song, which will serve as a platform for dialogue with the audience in the form of an interactive talk, highlighting the parallels between our culture and the cultures of the Mediterranean.
Straddling a balance between deep-rooted tradition and openness, the audience will be taken on a journey through the tangible and intangible heritage of the cradle of our civilisation.
