Description
The Henry Mary Festival opens with an evening dedicated to the voice and emotion.
In the first half, the Corsican soprano Sandrine Luigi opens the concert with a deeply moving recital. Through a programme blending classical music, Mediterranean melodies and pieces from the operatic repertoire, she reveals the richness of her tone and her devotion to works imbued with poetry and emotion.
In the second half, the Italian soprano Serena Garrelli, accompanied on the piano by Marina Luciani, takes the audience on a journey through the most beautiful pieces of the operatic repertoire. With a mix of great opera arias and refined melodies, the two artists deliver a performance of great elegance, in which virtuosity, emotion and musical rapport interplay with finesse.
