Description
The 33rd edition of the Baracci Craft Fair ‘Acqua è Saluta’, organised by the Olmeto Events Committee (CAO), invites you to discover the very best of Corsican craftsmanship in the exceptional setting of the Baracci Baths.
Throughout the weekend, craftspeople, producers and designers will introduce you to their products and share their passions in a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. On-site catering, free entertainment and concerts will provide the backdrop for these two days.
Programme:
Saturday 8 August
10.00 am: Fair opens.
11.00 am: Official opening, followed by a welcome drinks reception.
3.00 pm: Pottery-themed activities for children.
7.30 pm: Evening of Corsican music and variety entertainment with the band Amicizzia, followed by the band A Ghjama, then a DJ set.
Sunday 9 August
9.30 am: The fair opens.
11.00 am: Mass on the fairground, celebrated by Father Polge, accompanied by the brotherhoods of Olmeto and the canton.
3.00 pm: Children’s activities featuring a treasure hunt.
8.00 pm: Corsican guitar evening with Joseph Canazzi and Patou Istria.
Free entry and free car parks – Food and drink available on site.
