Description
Since 2022, the Corsican Centre for Polyphonic Art in Sartène has been hosting the ‘Andaghjina di l’Artisti’, a professional training programme dedicated to contemporary singing.
With over 14 hours of lessons per week and masterclasses offered throughout the year, students develop their vocal skills across a range of musical styles.
For this new production, the artists will collaborate with Igor de Chaillé, a renowned director and winner of a Molière Award in 2025, notably for his musicals *Aladdin*, *Zorro* and *Les Mystérieuses Cités d’Or*. His latest production, *Ulysse, l’Odyssée Musicale*, was a huge success in Paris.
Over several days, the students will work on a specially selected repertoire to prepare for two performances: one aimed at young audiences, the other for all ages.
This immersive experience will enable them to explore the challenges of staging, spatial arrangement and adapting physical movements to the performance, in order to bring to life a musical show combining vocals, acting and movement.
Free admission.
In partnership with the Centre d’Art Polyphonique de Corse.
