Description
Since 2022, the Centre d’Art Polyphonique de Corse in Sartène has been hosting the Andaghjina di l’Artisti, a professional training course in contemporary singing led by Brice Lebert.
This course enables students to develop their vocal skills across a range of musical styles.
As part of a partnership between the Théâtre de Propriano and the Corsican Centre for Polyphonic Art, the Andaghjina is this time inviting Julie Zenatti for a special artistic event.
Having first come to the public’s attention 25 years ago in the role of Fleur-de-Lys in the musical *Notre-Dame de Paris*, Julie Zenatti went on to enjoy a highly successful solo career, notably with the hit single ‘Si je m’en sors’.
With eight albums and six Gold Discs to her name, she is now a producer, songwriter, composer and performer.
For one week, the students will have the opportunity to work alongside the artist on stage presence, interpretation, stylistic accuracy and the weight of words.
This special collaboration will enrich their repertoire and allow them to benefit from Julie Zenatti’s experience and advice.
The week’s work will culminate in a concert, offering the public the chance to discover the fruits of this artistic collaboration.
Free admission.
In partnership with the Centre d’Art Polyphonique de Corse.
