The Sopravigna restaurant, in the hamlet of Saparale, invites you to enjoy an exceptional evening where fire, Corsican flavours and electronic beats come together in a warm and festive atmosphere. From 7 pm, enjoy an aperitif and a friendly atmosphere, before embarking on a culinary experience centred on flame-grilling: workshops led by our chefs, starters prepared to order, meat grilled over a brazier and generous dishes to share. A spectacular, gourmet evening, filled with the aromas of the fire and the joy of gathering round a beautifully laid table. From 10 pm, DJ Panta takes the reins and gets the party going with house and EDM. The evening continues to the beat of the music, filled with conviviality, energy and sweet surprises, ending on a delicious note. Programme 7.00 pm: Aperitif begins 7.45 pm: Start of starters and ‘flame’ cooking workshops 9.00 pm: Main courses served from the brazier 10.00 pm: DJ Panta on the decks — let the music begin! 10.15 pm: Desserts served Price: €100 per person, excluding drinks.
