Description
From 25 to 27 June in Propriano, join a comprehensive freediving course for beginners and advanced divers, led by Justin Tigreat, in partnership with Locanautic.
Over three days, discover the various disciplines of freediving: static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion (FIM), constant weight (CWT) and variable weight. The course also includes workshops on relaxation, breathing, safety, rescue and freediving theory.
Participants will be able to prepare for and achieve the AIDA 2 and FFESSM Open Water Freediver (CMAS 1) levels in accordance with the required criteria.
Prerequisites:
Be aged 18 (16 years old with parental consent)
Be able to swim 200 m without stopping
Provide a medical certificate less than one year old
Complete a safety questionnaire
Price: €300 for the full course (excluding FFESSM licence and certification card).
