Advanced Freediving Course
This course builds on the skills already acquired by freedivers who are comfortable at depths of 15 metres and wish to improve their abilities.
It aims to enable recreational freedivers to practise safely, with or without a supervisor, and to plan freediving activities independently, working in pairs at the very least. Topics covered include: free fall, equalisation, training tables, the effects of pressure changes and advanced safety procedures.
From 29 June to 3 July 2026 (rest day on Wednesday 1 July) in Propriano
