Just as he is about to deliver his inauguration speech, the brand-new President of the Republic is seized by an absurd itch in his nose.
Unable to speak in public without making a fool of himself, he is forced to consult a renowned psychiatrist. Despite his rejection of and mistrust towards anything to do with psychoanalysis, the orator will have to open up…
They have just one hour: as luck would have it, that’s the length of a session.
As time runs out and secrets resurface, the two men embark on a duel in which each tries to seize the upper hand.
