U CAMPU TONDU is on the Route des Sens Authentiques, a list of producers of local products. The farm has its own honey house, so you can watch the honey being extracted and packaged. Corsican honey is currently the only honey on the market to hold an A.O.C. Georges Preziosi, the owner and harvester, produces a renowned honey in six varieties, from the sweetest to the bitterest. Tasting by appointment. You can find him every Saturday at the Sartène market.
