🌿 Discover the Campomoro trails

The Campomoro trails are an invitation to go for a walk, accessible to all, between the unspoilt coastline and the fragrant scrubland. Whether you’re with family, friends or as a couple, let yourself be guided along these signposted paths, suitable for all levels. Some loops are ideal for an hour’s stroll, while others will take you a little further, for half a day, to the famous Genoese tower or to superb viewpoints over the gulf. Easy to access, these trails offer a wide variety of landscapes, from turquoise seas to hidden coves, sculpted rocks and Mediterranean vegetation, and along the way you’ll come across fantastic scenery that changes with the seasons, the weather and the light.

3 possible loops:

  • I Pozzi loop
  • Canuseddu loop
  • Manna Mulina loop
01

I Pozzi loop

🕙 1h30 walk

🏴 S tart from the site entrance sign: Bassa Torra

Take the coastal path through the lawns and myrtle and juniper groves….Crossthe scrubland, cross the woodenfootbridge and at the crow’s feet turn left towards I Pozzi.

Go past the fountain and round the wheat threshing floor to take the return path towards Campomoro, following the contour lines.

02

Canuseddu loop

🕙 2h45 walk

🏴 Start from the site entrance sign: Bassa Torra

Follow the coastal path to the Canuseddu plain. Turn left, cross the plain and reach the dry-stone wall. Do not cross the wall and follow the path that runs partly alongside it, towards the Canuseddu loop to go up the stream.

03

Manna Mulina loop

🕙 5h walk

🏴 S tart from the site entrance sign: Bassa Torra

Follow the coastal path to Cala d’Aguglia (or Cala d’Acudda), allow 2 hours 30 minutes…

Don’t go out onto the beach, stay on the path that rises to the left of the stream, which you will cross further on. At the crow’s feet, turn left towards Manna Mulina.

The path then climbs up through the scrubland to a wall, which you should walk along without crossing. The Manna Mulina plateau is just around the corner, and once past the wall you’ll have a superb view of the coast and the Senetosa tower in the distance.
