Every Friday, the Sartenais-Valinco-Taravo Tourist Office offers a discovery trip to the heart of one of the Sartenais vineyard estates.
Each week, David embarks a small group of around twenty people, departing from the Propriano Tourist Office, and takes them to meet the local winegrowers.
On the programme: the history of Corsican wine, the island’s grape varieties and know-how, a tour of the vineyards, tasting in the cellars… To complete the experience in ‘locavore’ mode, the wine tasting is accompanied by Corsican sausage and Sarten tomme, made respectively by our local producers, Salameria Cianferani and the Mallaroni cheese dairy.
