Description
Over the course of an evening, set off to discover the culinary and wine treasures of the far south of Corsica through the expertise of the Canarelli family and passionate producers from Southern Corsica.
From Bonifacio to Murtoli, via Figari, this unique experience celebrates several generations of artisans committed to promoting their local terroir and raising the island’s profile far beyond its borders.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste the wines of Pierre-Jean and Daniel Canarelli, renowned for their respectful approach to living organisms, their work with ancient Corsican grape varieties and their use of amphorae.
They will also discover the world of Yves Canarelli, an international figure in biodynamics and a key player in the revival of the Corse Figari appellation, whose wines are among the most sought-after on the island.
The new generation will also take centre stage with Simon-Paul Canarelli, whose vineyards in Bonifacio, planted on rare limestone soils, produce the exceptional wines Tarra di Sognu and Tarra d’Orasi – true expressions of a unique wine-growing heritage.
This immersion in the heart of Corsican flavours will be complemented by Vincent Canarelli’s cheeses and a selection of produce from the Ferme de Murtoli: farmhouse cheeses, honey, olive oil, wines, craft beer and gin from the estate.
Set in unspoilt natural surroundings, this evening promises an authentic encounter with the people who shape Corsica’s gastronomic identity.
A celebration of flavour, tradition and artisanal excellence, driven by passionate men and women.
An unmissable event for food lovers, connoisseurs of fine wines, gastronomy and exceptional local produce.
